How to delete your account

1. Open the Cookyno app on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. A confirmation dialog will appear. Type the word delete in the field provided (exactly as shown—uppercase), then confirm.
5. After confirmation, your deletion request is processed and your account along with associated data is removed from our active systems without undue delay.

There is no separate web form—account deletion is completed inside the app so we can verify your session securely.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile and meal planner data tied to it, including meals, recipes, shopping-list items, household memberships, and other content stored for your account in our cloud environment.

Limited residual copies may persist briefly in encrypted backups until they rotate according to our infrastructure providers' schedules. Aggregated or pseudonymous analytics held by subprocessors may be retained under their own retention rules—see our Privacy policy.

Need help?

If you cannot complete deletion in the app (for example after losing access to your device), contact us at [email protected] or visit our Contact page. Include the email address registered on your account so we can verify ownership.
